1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Front Range Momentum, LLC (“FRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for services, accessing our website, or opting into communications (including SMS/text messaging), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

FRM provides digital marketing and consulting services, including but not limited to:

- Paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSAs, etc.)
- Marketing strategy and consulting
- Funnel development
- CRM configuration (including GoHighLevel)
- Lead generation systems
- Content strategy and creative guidance

Scope of services is defined in your signed agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volume, or ROI unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Payment Terms

- Fees are defined in your signed agreement.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
- Ad spend is separate from management fees unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may result in paused campaigns or suspended services.
- Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete business information.
- Maintain operational readiness to respond to leads.
- Respond to communications in a timely manner.
- Maintain required licenses and regulatory compliance.
- Approve or provide ad assets when required.

FRM is not responsible for poor performance caused by operational bottlenecks, delayed approvals, inaccurate information, or failure to respond to leads.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom strategy, ad copy, creative frameworks, and systems developed by FRM remain the intellectual property of FRM unless otherwise specified in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their business assets, branding, and accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

FRM is not liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Platform outages or ad account suspensions
- Performance fluctuations due to algorithm changes
- Third-party tool failures

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliant)

FRM may send SMS/text messages for:

- Appointment reminders  
- Lead notifications  
- Marketing updates  
- Service communications  
- Account-related notifications  

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Front Range Momentum.

Consent & Opt-In

You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-in methods may include:

- Web form submission  
- Checkbox consent  
- Keyword opt-in (e.g., texting a specific word to a designated number)  
- Written agreement
