1. Sponsor

 

This giveaway is sponsored by Front Range Momentum LLC (“FRM”), located in Colorado.

2. Eligibility

 

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older.

Business owners, authorized representatives, or individuals entering on behalf of a business are eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

 

FRM employees, contractors, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible.

 

3. How to Enter

 

Entrants must follow the posted entry instructions on Facebook, Instagram, or the official FRM entry page.

Only one entry per business unless otherwise stated.

 

By entering, you agree that FRM may contact you via phone, text, email, or social media for winner verification or prize fulfillment.

 

4. Entry Period

 

Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM MST on November 25th, 2025.

Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

 

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

 

The drawing will take place live on Facebook and Instagram on November 26th, 2025.

Winner does not need to be present on the livestream.

 

FRM will also follow up by phone, text, or email to notify the winner.

6. Prize

 

One (1) winner will receive:

A professionally produced 30-second commercial for their business, created by Front Range Momentum.

 

Prize includes:

– Pre-production planning

– Filming at one approved location

– Editing and delivery of a 30-second commercial

 

No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

7. Conditions

 

By entering, you agree:

 

• FRM may use your name, business name, logo, and entry content for promotional purposes.

• Winner must schedule the commercial production within 60 days of being notified.

• FRM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other problems impact fairness or integrity.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

By participating, entrants agree that FRM and its employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for:

– Technical issues or failed entries

– Lost or delayed notifications

– Any damages, injuries, or losses related to participation or prize use

 

Entrants release FRM from all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of the giveaway or prize.

9. Disputes

 

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

All disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively in Colorado courts.

10. Agreement to Rules

 

Participation in the giveaway constitutes your full agreement to these Official Rules and FRM’s decisions, which are final and binding.
